dc.descriptionEl propósito de este trabajo de investigación fue generar un mecanismo de apoyo al sector de la micro, pequeña y mediana empresa (MIPYME). En este sentido, y después de identificar la importancia para este sector de mejorar los procesos y calidad de su información financiera, se determinó evaluar la viabilidad técnica y financiera del establecimiento de una empresa de asesoría financiera contable y fiscal que ofrezca servicios al alcance y a medida de este sector tan importante para la economía hondureña. A nivel metodológico, se utilizó un enfoque de investigación cuantitativo con un alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, que incluye la realización de estudios de mercado, técnico operativo y técnico financiero. Como resultado de los instrumentos aplicados, se identificó una significativa demanda insatisfecha en el sector Pymes generada en su mayoría por la escasa adecuación de servicios de las firmas existentes a las necesidades y posibilidades de este sector. Finalmente, además del beneficio brindado a este sector de la economía, se obtuvo resultados positivos en la evaluación financiera efectuada con indicadores de análisis de inversión como VAN y TIR, por lo que se considera que la realización de este proyecto es factible.
dc.descriptionThe purpose of this investigation work was devise a support mechanism for the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (Msme). In this sense, and after identifying the importance for this sector of improve the processes and quality of their financial information, was determined evaluate the technical and financial viability for the establishment financial, accounting and tax consulting company in the scope and extent of this so important sector for the Honduran economy. At a methodological level, a quantitative approach research with an exploratory and descriptive extent was used, this includes the realization of a market study, technical operational study, and technical financial study. As a result of the applied instruments, was identified a significant unsatisfied demand in the Smes sector mostly generated by the poor services adequacy that existent firms provide to the needs and possibilities of this sector. Finally, besides the benefit provided to this sector of the economy, positive results were obtained in the financial evaluation performed with investment analysis tools like NPV and IRR, so it is considered that the execution of this project is feasible.
