In the first chapter, a brief introduction is given to what the research project is, alluding to concepts that the reader should be clear about before starting to read it. The second chapter describes the background of the company and how they have been affected by it. The problem is raised, the general objective and specific objectives of this thesis are established, as well as the research questions related to the problem in question and, finally, the justification.
