| dc.description | Pilar Mantenimiento Planificado (s.f.)dice: “El mantenimiento progresivo es uno de los pilares más importantes en la búsqueda de beneficios en una organización industrial.”En la actualidad Plásticos Industriales Hondureños S.A. (PLIHSA) está haciendo una reestructuración en sus pilares para cumplir con el TPM (Mantenimiento Productivo Total) debido a que antes se trabajaba bajo los estándares de SAB MILLER, debido a la compra de SAB MILLER por parte de AB InBev ahora los estándares de mantenimiento deben cumplir los ocho pillares para poder satisfacer las normas impuestas por sus dueños.Según (Calle, 2017), “Debemos saber que TPM involucra a toda el área de operaciones, esto quiere decir que ningún Gerente de Mantenimiento solo con su área puede pensar que va implementar TPM, no podría aplicarse mantenimiento autónomo.”Sabiendo que el TPM incluye a toda la planta de operación el proyecto por parte de PLIHSA consiste en aplicar todos los pilares y dejar un sistema de mantenimiento autónomo para hacer más eficientes y ordenados los procesos de mantenimiento.El proyecto va a empezar a generar conciencia a cada operador, supervisor y gerente para que el mantenimiento no se convierta en una sala de emergencias si no en un proceso de orden y calidad de operación.Se debe realizar documentación personal para cada máquina, en esta fase del proyecto se tomarán tres máquinas para generar todos los procesos operativos y hacer que cualquier persona con conocimientos generales pueda ser un operador con capacidades de producción en máquinas y resolución de problemas sin
