| dc.description | La presente investigación es un esfuerzo realizado para conocer el funcionamiento y desempeño que ha tenido el programa de microfinanzas de ADRA Honduras. Inicialmente la institución no contaba con un estudio previo que permitiera establecer si se estaban cumpliendo los de objetivos del programa. El estudio se enfocó básicamente en tres áreas de interés: beneficios del programa en la vida de sus clientes, la retroalimentación que existía entre las diferentes áreas de la organización y de estas a su vez con los clientes y, finalmente, hacer una valoración sobre la situación interna (fortalezas y debilidades) del programa. La experiencia fue totalmente enriquecedora tanto para la institución y sus empleados como para los socios, puesto que sus opiniones fueron tomadas en cuenta a través de cuestionario, un grupo focal y entrevistas, diseñadas bajo un enfoque cualitativo. | |
| dc.description | This investigation is an effort to understand the functioning and performance that the microfinance program ADRA Honduras had. Initially, the institution did not have a previous study that would determine whether the objectives of the program were being fulfilled. The main focus of this study was primarily on three areas of interest: The benefits obtained by the customer, feedback that existed between the different areas of the organization and these in turn with the clients, and finally the making of an assessment focused in the program’s internal situation (strengths and weaknesses). For the institution, employees and clients, the experience was totally rewarding, due to the fact that all opinions were taken into consideration through surveys, focal groups and interviews, which were designed under a qualitative approach. | |
