| dc.description | La propuesta de diseño del Centro Policlínico de Santa Cruz de Yojoa, como parte de la Red Integrada de Servicios de Salud del país y regido bajo las normas del Nuevo Modelo Nacional de Salud, se sustenta bajo la necesidad de completar la red con un establecimiento intermedio, que permita a los demás un funcionamiento correcto, brindando a la población de la zona una atención que cumpla con la demanda y sea más especializada.
Se determina, por medio de un análisis investigativo, que la problemática parte de la situación actual del Sistema de Salud tanto a nivel nacional como en la zona del Municipio de Santa Cruz de Yojoa.
Se realiza un enfoque en la reforma que se está desarrollando actualmente en el país en el área de salud, teniendo un acercamiento a la condición que enfrenta el sistema dentro del municipio, comprendiendo sus necesidades y como estas deben ser atendidas. Visto esto, se ejecuta un análisis de otros países latinoamericanos, comparando las características y funcionamiento de su Sistema de Salud, comprendiendo que, a pesar de seguir la misma Red Integrada de Servicios de Salud, estos lo abordan de acuerdo a su situación.
Para que el diseño del Centro Policlínico cuente con todas las necesidades de funcionalidad y calidad, se estudian diversos lineamientos y criterios como ser: la parte constructiva, materialidad, conexión de sus espacios, accesibilidad universal, entre otros, dictaminados por diversas Guías y Manuales nacionales e internacionales.
Como parte de la investigación se realiza un diagnóstico de los centros de salud públicos de Santa Cruz de Yojoa, mostrando su estado actual, infraestructura, funcionalidad y capacidad; y se determinan las necesidades que hay en estos, como: falta de una infraestructura adecuada, falta de espacios de espera correspondientes, funcionalidad no adecuada, entre otros | |
| dc.description | The design proposal of the Santa Cruz de Yojoa Polyclinic Center, as part of the country's Integrated Health Services Network and governed by the standards of the New National Health Model, is based on the need to complete the network with an intermediate establishment , which allows others to function correctly, providing the area's population with care that meets demand and is more specialized.
It is determined, through an investigative analysis, that the problem stems from the current situation of the Health System both at the national level and in the area of the Municipality of Santa Cruz de Yojoa.
A focus is made on the reform that is currently being developed in the country in the health area, taking an approach to the condition that the system faces within the municipality, understanding its needs and how they should be attended to. Given this, an analysis of other Latin American countries is carried out, comparing the characteristics and operation of their Health System, understanding that, despite following the same Integrated Health Services Network, they address it according to their situation.
For the design of the Polyclinic Center to meet all the needs for functionality and quality, various guidelines and criteria are studied such as: the constructive part, materiality, connection of its spaces, universal accessibility, among others, ruled by various national Guides and Manuals and international.
