| dc.description | Los productos derivados del petróleo han representado uno de los medios de generación de energía más importantes a nivel internacional, convirtiéndose en un producto básico para satisfacer las necesidades de transporte y también para ser usado en la industria. En el caso de los propietarios de vehículos su uso se convirtió en algo indispensable para poder movilizarse, esto aumentó la necesidad de contar con lugares donde poder adquirirlo de manera fácil y rápida. Lo anterior provocó la apertura de establecimientos que comercializaran los diferentes tipos de combustibles. Con el paso de los años la demanda se fue incrementada en grandes porcentajes creando nuevas oportunidades de negocios. La investigación que se presenta en este documento fue desarrollada con el propósito de analizar la factibilidad de instalar una gasolinera en el municipio de Lejamaní, departamento de Comayagua, que prestará sus servicios a la población de la zona de influencia del municipio. La metodología que se utilizó fue por medio del enfoque mixto y con un alcance correlacional, la rentabilidad de la gasolinera se obtuvo por medio de indicadores financieros, entre los más importantes que se utilizaron fueron la TIR con un 52% y VAN con 11, 422,487.28, ambos definieron que la estructura de inversión más adecuada era con fondos propios, ya que la recuperación de la inversión sería más rápida, distinto al hacerlo con apalancamiento financiero, por lo anterior se concluyó que la apertura de la gasolinera resultaba factible. | |
| dc.description | The products derived from petroleum have represented one of the most important ways to generate energy around the world, turning them into a basic product in order to satisfy the needs of transportation and be used in the agro-industry. In the case of car owners, their need became something indispensable in order to mobilize. This raised the necessity to have places where they can obtain fuel in an easy and quick way. The previous fact made possible the opening of commercial establishments in which people could get different types of fuel. As time has gone by, the demand has increased in high percentage and it has created new opportunities for business. The investigation in this document was developed with the purpose of analyzing the feasibility of setting a gas station in the municipality of Lejamaní, Comayagua. This will provide its service to the local population in the town. The methodology used was the mixed approach and with correlation range. The profitability of the gas station was obtained through financial indicators. Among the most important ones that were used are: IRR (Internal Return Rate) with 52% and NPV (Net Present Value) with 11, 422,487.28. Both of them defined that the best investment structure is to establish it with own funds since the recovery of the investment would be faster than with financial leveraging. Based on the previous information, the conclusion is that the opening of the gas station was feasible. | |
