| dc.description | Durante la práctica realizada dentro de las instalaciones de Laboratorio de Concreto en el plantel de la empresa Lazarus & Lazarus S.A. DE C.V. se realizaron múltiples actividades enriquecedoras para el conocimiento de mezclas de concreto y aditivos. Se realizaron ensayos a agregados finos y gruesos, diseño de mezclas con y sin aditivos, elaboración de especímenes y ruptura de especímenes y pruebas al concreto fresco. Las actividades realizadas en el laboratorio son de suma importancia para la empresa productora de aditivos y otros productos para la construcción, para los clientes previo a comenzar un proyecto de construcción y durante el mismo. Para la empresa el factor calidad es imprescindible para brindar un excelente servicio a sus clientes. Los clientes hacen uso de los aditivos de Lazarus & Lazarus para brindar trabajabilidad a sus concretos y retardar la mezcla al mismo tiempo que sus mezclas de concreto alcanzan la resistencia para la cual se diseñaron. Mediante la elaboración de concreto en el laboratorio se conoce si el diseño de mezcla elaborado brinda el revenimiento deseado y si el concreto se mantiene trabajable por el tiempo que la mezcla estará sin utilizarse. Mediante los otros ensayos que se realizan al concreto fresco se conocen la cantidad de aire en el concreto, la temperatura del concreto y fraguado total en minutos. La elaboración, curado y ruptura de especímenes o testigos se realizan posteriormente a encontrar el revenimiento al tiempo deseado, este puede ser a los quince minutos, treinta minutos o sesenta minutos, dependiendo de la trabajabilidad que tenga el concreto. Los testigos brindan la información a los clientes y a la empresa de si su concreto ha alcanzado la resistencia esperada a ciertas edades de curado del concreto. Conocer si la mezcla de concreto a utilizar esta apta para la estructura que se desea levantar es el fin de la elaboración de especímenes. | |
| dc.description | During the practice carried out within the facilities of the Concrete Laboratory in the campus of the company Lazarus & Lazarus S.A. DE C.V. multiple activities were carried out enriching for the knowledge of concrete mixtures and additives. Tests were carried out at fine and coarse aggregates, mixture design with and without additives, preparation of specimens and rupture of specimens and tests to fresh concrete. The activities carried out in the laboratory are of the utmost importance for the company producer of additives and other products for construction, for customers prior to start a construction project and during it. For the company, the quality factor is essential to provide an excellent service to its customers. Customers make use of Lazarus & Lazarus additives to provide workability to their concretes and retard mixing at the same time as your concrete mixtures reach the resistance for which they were designed. Through the elaboration of concrete in the laboratory it is known if the mix design elaborated provides the desired slump and if the concrete remains workable over time that the mixture will be unused. Through the other tests carried out on fresh concrete the amount of air in the concrete, the temperature of the concrete and total set in minutes. The elaboration, curing and breaking of specimens or witnesses are carried out later find the slump at the desired time, this can be fifteen minutes, thirty minutes or sixty minutes, depending on the workability of the concrete.
