| dc.description | Con el fin de que Honduras cuente con una legislación actualizada, moderna y apegada a los estándares nacionales e internacionales determinada por la Organización Panamericana de la Salud en Protección (PAHO ) mediante el marco de implementación de un servicio de telemedicina se realizó la presente investigación. El proyecto es el resultado de la revisión de los estándares internacionales en materia de protección de datos en el ámbito de la telemedicina, relativa a la protección legal de las personas naturales en lo que respecta al tratamiento sus datos personales y sanitarios, asimismo a la libre circulación de estos, con el único propósito que cada hondureño y hondureña tenga el derecho a decidir cuándo, cómo y quién va a tratar su información personal. | |
| dc.description | This research was conducted in order for Honduras to have updated, modern legislation that complies with national and international standards, as determined by the Pan American Health Protection Organization (PAHO) through the Framework for the Implementation of a Telemedicine Service. The project is the result of the review of international standards on data protection in the field of telemedicine, relating to the legal protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal and health data, as well as the free circulation of these, with the sole purpose that each Honduran has the right to decide when, how and who will treat their personal information. | |
