| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como propósito presentar los resultados de la gestión de flota vehicular en British American Tobacco Sucursal Honduras. El costo anual por vehículo incremento en 29% del 2019 al 2021 y por tal razón se estableció como objetivo principal desarrollar un estudio que permita conocer el nivel de cumplimiento de la gestión de flota vehicular en British American Tobacco Sucursal Honduras. La investigación tiene un enfoque mixto,con tipo de estudio no experimentaly teoría fundamentada, de diseño transversaly un alcancedescriptivoya que describe todo lo observado en la empresa tomando como población todas las unidades vehiculares.Se formulócomo hipótesis de investigación sí la gestión de la flota vehicular en British American Tobacco cumple con el 70% de los requisitos establecidos en la teoría de sustento.Concluyendo con el análisis e interpretación de resultados en el cualnose rechazala hipótesis nulaya que la aplicación de los instrumentos muestra que hay un cumplimiento del 71%de los factores que contempla la gestión de flota. El gastode flotapara 2021se ve influenciadopor los mantenimientos correctivos debido a la antigüedad de los vehículos. Serecomienda la implementación de un sistema integral para la gestión de flota vehicularcuyo costoestimado para el primer año de L430,962.48, esto permitirá la tomadedecisiones más oportunas | |
| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to present the results of the improvement proposal that consisted in the implementation of a vehicle fleet management system in British American Tobacco Honduras Subsidiary. The annual cost per vehicle increased by 29% from 2019 to 2021 and it’s therefore that the main objective was to carry out a study that allows knowing the level of compliance of the vehicle fleet management in British American Tobacco HondurasSubsidiary. The research has a mixed approach, with a non-experimental type of study and grounded theory, with a cross-sectional design and a descriptive scope since it describes everything observed in the company, taking all vehicle units as a population. It was formulated as a research hypothesis if the management of the vehicle fleet in British American TobaccoHonduras Subsidiarymeets 70% of the requirements established in the theory of sustenance. Concluding with the analysis and interpretation of results in which the null hypothesis isnotrejected since the application of the instruments shows that there is 71% compliance with the factors contemplated by fleet management.The fleet expense for 2021 is influenced by corrective maintenance due to the age of the vehicles. The implementation of a comprehensive system for the management of the vehicle fleet is recommended, whose estimated cost for the first year is L430,962.48, this will allow more timely decision-making. | |
