dc.descriptionEl presente informe tiene como objetivo dar a conocer la labor realizada durante el periodo de la práctica profesional en Banco del País (BANPAÍS). En él, se resumen todas las actividades desarrolladas en el área de Jefe de Marcas Compartidas por parte de la practicante de la carrera de Mercadotecnia y Negocios Internacionales. Dicha práctica profesional se realizó del 08 de Abril al 26 de Junio, en un horario laboral de 8:30 a.m. a 5 p.m. de lunes a viernes. Teniendo lugar en la Agencia BANPAÍS 105 Brigada, en las oficinas de BP Card Comercial, 1er piso, Ave. Circunvalación, San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras.. Las oficinas de BP Card Comercial están dividas por áreas que juntas buscan trabajar con la persona y la empresa, ya sea en asesoría financiera u ofrecerle productos y servicios que puedan servir en el día a día solventando muchas necesidades de pago. Las áreas que lo conforman son: Jefe de Marcas Compartidas, MicroFinanzas, Ventas, Telemarketing, Servicio al Cliente, entre otros. Es en el área de Jefes de Marcas Compartidas donde se da la oportunidad de apoyar mediante la realización de actividades de comunicaciones como también poder desarrollar habilidades que ayuden o faciliten aún más, dichas comunicaciones con los tarjetahabientes.

The BP Card Comercial offices are divided by areas that together seek to work with the person and the company, whether in financial advice or offering products and services that can be used on a day-to-day basis by solving many payment needs. The areas that comprise it are: Head of Shared Brands, MicroFinance, Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, among others. It is in the area of ​​Co-Brand Managers where there is the opportunity to support by carrying out communication activities as well as being able to develop skills that help or further facilitate said communications with cardholders.
