| dc.description | La ciudad de La Esperanza, se encuentra ubicada en el departamento de Intibucá, en la zona centro occidental del país. La cual ha presentado un crecimiento notorio en los últimos años, sin contar con un plan que regule esta situación. Sin embargo este crecimiento demanda servicios y distribución equitativa de los recursos, a lo cual mucha gente no se ve favorecida. Por tal razón es necesario implementar un plan estratégico de zonificación en el cual se definan los tipos de usos de suelos, para guiar de forma lógica y ordenada el crecimiento de la ciudad. Por medio del análisis de la situación actual; desde los ámbitos social, físico y económico, se realizó un diagnostico el cual determinó las posibles soluciones al problema planteado. | dc.description | The city La Esperanza, is located in Intibucá department in the country´s western downtown area. Which has shown a notorious growth in the last past years, without the support of a layout to regulate this situation. Nevertheless, this growth demand services and equitable distribution of resources, to which many people are not favored. For this reason it is necessary to implement a strategic zoning plan, in which the types of land uses are defined, to lead the city´s growth in a logical and neat way. Through an analysis of the current situation; from the social, physical and economic areas, a diagnosis will be performed to determine possible solutions to the raised issue through a qualitative study of descriptive scope. The results indicate that it would be favorable for the country´s population and its tidy growth to extend urban limits and to define an industrial zone and therefore, promote tourism and investment. | |
