| dc.description | La presente investigación se realizó en el Registro Nacional de las Personas, ubicada en el Boulevard Centroamérica, edificio del IPM, ciudad de Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán, esta institución tiene por función principal documentar el estado civil del ciudadano hondureño desde su nacimiento hasta su defunción. El objetivo central de esta investigación se centró en evaluar las falencias de infraestructura física tecnológica y su falta de renovación tecnológica, siendo el Cloud Computing una alternativa de vanguardia, de bajo costos que permita que la entidad que custodia la información clasificada como seguridad nacional tenga diferentes respaldos. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativa con un diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo, utilizando como instrumento la entrevista. En este estudio se consultó a 2 personas de la población, siendo la Jefatura de Informática y el Director de Operaciones Técnicas debido a que la estructura es reducida. La recomendación sugerida es presentar una moción por derogación al Congreso Nacional para modificar el artículo 112 de la Ley del RNP y poder migrar al Cloud Computing en una etapa inicial la infraestructura física y en un estudio posterior la base de datos. | |
| dc.description | This research was conducted in the National Registry of Persons, located in the Central Boulevard, building IPM, Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazan, this institution has the main function to document the civil status of Honduran citizen from birth to death. The main objective of this research focused on assessing technological shortcomings physical infrastructure and lack of technological renovation, with the Cloud Computing an alternative edge, low cost that allows the entity custody classified information and national security has different backups. The approach is quantitative research with a non-experimental, transversal and descriptive design, using as the interview. In this study it was consulted 2 persons of the population, being the Head of Information and the Director of Technical Operations because the structure is reduced. The suggested recommendation is to file a motion for repeal to Congress to amend Article 112 of the Law of RNP and can migrate to Cloud Computing at an early stage of physical infrastructure and in a subsequent study database. | |
