| dc.description | Esta investigación tiene como propósito el análisis de los diferentes factores que influyen en la deserción de alumnos en tiempos de pandemia en CEUTEC SPS. CEUTEC se vió afectada por la crisis sanitaria de Honduras en los períodos de abril a diciembre del 2020. Causando estas situaciones epidemiológicas una baja en las matrículas de los alumnos de ingreso regular. Como objetivo principal se estableció analizar los principales factores de deserción que han afectado significativamente en el logro de metas de reingreso. La hipótesis de la investigación plantea si existe la posibilidad que los factores económicos, psicológicos e institucionales influyen de igual manera en la deserción de estudiantes durante el confinamiento en la universidad de CEUTEC SPS. Se implementó una metodología con enfoque mixto, no experimental, diseño transversal y un alcance descriptivo. Con los resultados de las técnicas de investigación se encontró que las variables más fuertes de deserción son: económicas, psicológicas e institucionales. Con la comprobación no se rechaza la hipótesis nula en vista que las tres variables más fuertes influyen de la misma manera en la deserción de los estudiantes de CEUTEC. | |
| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to analyze the different factors that influence student dropout in times of pandemic at CEUTEC SPS. CEUTEC was affected by the health crisis in Honduras in the periods from April to December 2020. Causing these epidemiological situations a drop in enrollment of regular entry students. The main objective was to analyze the main dropout factors that have significantly affected the achievement of reentry goals. The research hypothesis raises whether there is the possibility that economics, psychological and institucional factors influence in the same way the dropout of students during confinement at the CEUTEC SPS. A methodology with a mixed, not experimental approach a cross-sectional design and a descriptive scope was implemented. With the results of the research techniques, it was found that the strongest attrition variables are: economics, psychological and institucional. With the verification, the null hypothesis is not rejected since the three strongest variables influence in the same way the dropout rate of CEUTEC students. | |
