| dc.description | Em botellado ra de Sula Em botellad ora de sula, S.A, es una em presa dedicad a a la elaboración, em bo tellam iento y distribución de bebidas gaseo sas y no gaseosas que pertenecen a la franquicia de PepsiCo. Es una em presa que se fundó a finales del año de 1956 en San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, C orte s donde sigue localiz ada. A pesar de que fue fundada hace m ás de 50 años la em presa siem pre ha ido de la m ano con la innovación tecnoló gica de las nuevas m aquinarias au tom atizand o los p rocesos y elabo ración de bebidas. Los avances tecnoló gico s de la actualid ad pe rm iten a las em presas de este ru bro a pro ducir los productos en gran cantid ad en un periodo corto de tiem po. Debido a la gran dem anda de refresco s en Honduras Em b otelladora de Sula se ha visto obligad a a tener m áquinas de últim a generación y de alta g am a. Las nuevas m aquinarias son totalm ente autom atizad asesto perm ite que las tareas se realicen en un periodo de tiem po m enor, aum entando la producción y ahorrand o dinero en recursos que se necesitarían si se realizaran de form a m anual. La autom atización perm ite que, hasta ciertopunto, los proce sos se realicen sin la intervención del ser hum ano. De esta m anera las em pre sas se ahorran costos en salario s, y tam bién se reducen las posibilidades de que ocurran accidentes. Cabe m encionar que el error hum ano es elim inado cu ando una tarea es realizad a po r una m áquina au tónom a, po r lo cual se realiz an operaciones con m ay or precisión .La instalación y ad aptación de un nuevo panel de control de válvulas de llenado p one en práctica el conocim iento en program ación y redes industriales. Se debe de tener el conocim iento apro piado para llevar a cabo la ad aptación del nuevo panel en la m aquinaria antigu a, com o tam bién com prende r el funcionam iento de esta. Se realizó el cam bio de p anel de válvulas inte gran do el equip o ya en uso en la llenadora. Con el cam bio se logró dism inuir la cantidad de m inutos de paro s y se aum entó la eficiencia de la llenadora. | |

Due to the high dem and for soft drinks in H onduras, Em b otellad ora de Sula has been forced to have state-of-the-art an d high-end m achines. The new m achines are fully autom ated, this allow s task s to be done in a sho rter pe riod of tim e, increasing p rodu ction an d saving m oney on resources that w ould be needed if they were done m anually. Autom ation allow s, to a certain p oint, the pro cesses to be carried out w ithout the intervention of the hum an being. In this w ay com panies save co sts in salaries, and also reduce the ch ances of accidents occurring. It is w orth m entioning that hum an error is elim inated w hen a task is perform ed by an autonom ous m achine, for w hich ope rations are perfo rm ed w ith gre ater precision .The installation and adaptation of a new control panel of filling valves puts into practice the know ledge in program m in g and industrial netw orks. You m ust have the approp riate know ledge to carry out the adap tation of the new panel in the old m achinery, as w ell as understan d the operation of this.The change of valve panel w as m ade integrating the equipm ent already in use in the filler. W ith the change, the num ber of m inutes of w ork stoppages w as reduced an d the efficiency of the filler w as increased. | |
