dc.descriptionEl presente informe tiene como finalidad presentar las actividades realizadas durante el desarrollo de la respectiva práctica profesional en la Secretaría de Integración Económica Centroamericana (SIECA). El 13 de diciembre de 1960, se suscribió el Tratado General de Integración Económica Centroamericana en la ciudad de Managua, Nicaragua y el 12 de octubre de 1961, la Secretaría Permanente del Tratado General abrió sus puertas con el objetivo de cumplir funciones técnicas y administrativas del mismo, como también para que realizara todas aquellas gestiones necesarias y así de esta manera, llevar a cabo la unión económica de Centroamérica a la práctica. Con el transcurso de los años, la década de los noventa, representó para el proceso de la integración centroamericana una etapa muy significativa, en donde se enfocaron especialmente en recuperar y redimensionar todas aquellas áreas en donde seguía habiendo desafíos y es en este momento, cuando se estableció y consolidó el Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana (SICA). Cabe mencionar que, el SICA comprende cinco subsistemas, los cuales son los siguientes
dc.descriptionThe purpose of this report is to present the activities carried out during the development of the respective professional practice in the Central American Economic Integration Secretariat (SIECA). On December 13, 1960, the General Treaty of Central American Economic Integration was signed in the city of Managua, Nicaragua and on October 12, 1961, the Permanent Secretariat of the General Treaty opened its doors with the aim of fulfilling technical and administrative functions of the same, as well as to carry out all the necessary steps and thus, carry out the economic union of Central America into practice. Over the years, the 1990s, represented a very significant stage for the Central American integration process, where they focused especially on recovering and resizing all those areas where there were still challenges and it is at this moment, when the Central American Integration System (SICA) was established and consolidated.
