| dc.description | La práctica profesional se desarrolló durante un periodo de tiempo de veinte semanas del
13 de octubre 2020 hasta el 31 de marzo 2021, donde el practicante fue asignado a un área en la
cual realizó distintas actividades dentro de la institución. Para lograr un óptimo resultado mostró
responsabilidad en los trabajos asignados, puntualidad, actitud proactiva, integración en los
equipos de trabajo y disposición de aprender para poder ejecutar de manera adecuada las
actividades asignadas.
En el informe realizado por el practicante se presentaron los objetivos establecidos al estar
realizando su práctica en la institución y las actividades detalladas de lo que realizó el mismo
durante las veinte semanas de práctica profesional, en la cual se desempeñó como Inspector de
trabajo realizando Inspecciones extraordinarias, Inspecciones de bioseguridad, cálculo de
prestaciones sociales, reajuste salariales y evacuación de consultas laborales.
Así mismo se presentaron las actividades de mejora brindadas por el practicante de las
cuales una de ellas fue implementada y las demás se dejaron como recomendaciones a realizar
por la Institución. | |
| dc.description | The professional practice was developed over a period of twenty weeks from October 13,
2020 to March 31, 2021, where the practitioner was assigned to an area in which she carried out
different activities within the institution. To achieve an optimal result, she showed responsibility
in the assigned work, punctuality, proactive attitude, integration in the work teams and
willingness to learn to be able to adequately execute the assigned activities.
In the report made by the practitioner, the objectives established when carrying out her
internship in the institution and the detailed activities of what she did during the twenty weeks of
professional practice were presented, in which she served as a Labor Inspector carrying out
extraordinary inspections, Biosafety inspections, calculation of social benefits, salary adjustment
and evacuation of labor inquiries.
Likewise, the improvement activities provided by the practitioner were presented, one of
them was implemented and the others were left as recommendations to be made by the
