| dc.description | El presente proyecto determina la viabilidad y factibilidad de la puesta en marcha del Restaurante y Tienda de Conveniencia en el caserío Los Limones Pespíre, Choluteca, el cual se dedicara a ofrecer el servicio de alimentación, recreación y descanso a las personas que transitan la Carretera CA5-Sur de los departamentos de Choluteca, Valle y Francisco Morazán. La empresa tendrá como ventajas competitivas; agilidad en el servicio, alimentación de calidad e higiene que permita atraer una afluencia considerada de clientes al restaurante y tienda de conveniencia. El tipo de estudio del proyecto, es descriptivo, donde el enfoque de la investigación a realizar es mixto, este investiga la viabilidad del estudio, con la implementación de la recolección de datos, el instrumento que se utilizara, es la encuesta. El análisis y resultados del estudio reflejaran las condiciones factibles, donde el estudio técnico y financiero, arrojaran las condiciones factibles o no factibles de la inversión. | |
