| dc.description | El presente trabajo tuvo como finalidad conocer los criterios y características necesarias para el diseño y desarrollo delSistema Web para laGestión y Administración de Proyectos en la empresa CONASH, cuyo el principal objetivo fue facilitar el seguimiento y control de las diferentes tareas que conforman los proyectos en la organización, así como la automatización de las mismas, para llevar el control de estas para una eficiente toma de decisiones. Caracterizando cada uno de los elementos requeridosen el Sistema Web con base en las necesidades de la empresa. El propósito principal fue lograr que la información se encuentre centralizada y que sea de fácil acceso para todos los implicados en la toma de decisiones, a través de reportes y del estatus de las diferentes tareas que componen el proyecto; evitando retrasos que repercutan en una ineficiente ejecución del presupuesto o en el desarrollo de los proyectos mismos | |
