| dc.description | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer las tareas asignadas durante el periodo de práctica profesional en el departamento de compra y venta de la empresa Comercial Saraí S. de R.L. de C.V, ubicada en el municipio de Morazán, departamento de Yoro, dedicada a comercializar los productos de la canasta básica de igual forma poder generar empleo.
Durante el periodo de práctica se realizaron diferentes actividades en las cuales se logró aplicar todas las técnicas y conocimientos adquiridos durante la formación académica en la carrera de Administración Industrial y de Negocios.
En el departamento de compra y venta se realizan diversas actividades una de ellas es la supervisión de inventario. En las empresas llevar un control de inventarió es de vital importancia ya que mediante este se puede asegurar y descartar si existen robos dentro de la organización y también tener conocimiento de cuanto producto existente se tiene, es por ello por lo que en la empresa se realiza esta actividad una vez por semana para saber cuanto de cada producto se necesita abastecer y poder realizar el pedido al proveedor correspondiente.
El cliente se siente complacido si observa que sus sugerencias o necesidades son tomadas en cuenta, lo que genera lealtad y una relación mas cercana con la empresa. (ProQuest, 2019)
Es por ello por lo que se interactuó directamente con los clientes mayoristas en donde se tomaron todos los pedidos ya sea vía WhatsApp, por llamada o personalmente para proceder a realizar la factura. Posterior a ello se realizaba la supervisión de envíos la cual consistía en revisar detalladamente todos los productos reflejados en la factura, de igual manera asegurarse que estuvieran empacados correctamente para proceder a enviarse o entregarse directamente al cliente. | |
| dc.description | The present work aims to expose the tasks assigned during the period of professional practice in the department of purchase and sale of the company Comercial Saraí S. de R.L. de C.V, located in the municipality of Morazán, department of Yoro, dedicated to marketing the products of the basic basket in the same way to generate employment.
During the internship period, different activities were carried out in which it was possible to apply all the techniques and knowledge acquired during the academic training in the Industrial and Business Administration career.
In the buying and selling department, various activities are carried out, one of them is the supervision of inventory. In companies, keeping track of inventory is of vital importance since through this you can ensure and discard if there are thefts within the organization and also have knowledge of how much existing product you have, that is why in the company this activity is carried out once a week to know how much of each product needs to be supplied and to be able to place the order to the corresponding supplier.
The customer is pleased if he observes that his suggestions or needs are taken into account, which generates loyalty and a closer relationship with the company. (ProQuest, 2019)
That is why we interacted directly with wholesale customers where all orders were taken either via WhatsApp, by call or personally to proceed to make the invoice. After that, the supervision of shipments was carried out, which consisted of reviewing in detail all the products reflected in the invoice, in the same way making sure that they were packed correctly to proceed to be sent or delivered directly to the client. | |
