| dc.description | BAC Credomatic en la actualidad es uno de los bancos más importantes de la región centroamericana y esto se debe a la confianza y preferencia de sus clientes sin olvidar el compromiso de todos sus colaboradores. Son líderes en cuanto a la adopción digital, de la cual la penetración de clientes es aproximadamente del 42%, hecho que se traduce en que 1.6 millones de clientes utilicen los servicios digitales (BAC Credomatic, 2021). Es importante saber que las MiPymes contribuyen alrededor del 34% al PIB y generan el 74% de los empleos en Honduras, en donde ofrecen puestos de trabajo en todo el país aproximadamente a más de 900,000 personas en el país según cifras oficiales. Son un sector clave para la economía de Honduras. El área de trabajo en donde se estará a lo largo del trimestre es el área Banca Pyme de BAC Credomatic en donde se le otorgara al practicante las funciones de recuperación de facturas de prenda cuando se coloquen créditos prendarios, cubrir los Ejecutivos Pyme en su ausencia en la generación de negocio, Gestión y seguimiento de las actas de liberación, cerrar y monitorear las excepciones que se hacen en los créditos, revisar la parte contable de los créditos, entre otros. Uno de los objetivos primordiales que se pretenden alcanzar durante la práctica profesional es proponer una idea en donde se optimice los procesos e integrar los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera de finanzas. BAC Credomatic presenta una oportunidad al estudiante a poder adaptarse y conocer los procesos que el banco tiene, ellos incentivan al practicante a ser una mejor persona profesional. | |
| dc.description | BAC Credomatic is currently one of the most important banks in the Central American region and this is due to the trust and preference of its clients without forgetting the commitment of all its collaborators. They are leaders in terms of digital adoption, of which customer penetration is approximately 42%, which translates into 1.6 million customers using digital services (BAC Credomatic, 2021). It is important to know that MiPymes contribute around 34% to GDP and generate 74% of jobs in Honduras, where they offer jobs throughout the country to approximately more than 900,000 people in the country according to official figures. The work area where they will be throughout the quarter is the BAC Credomatic SME Banking area where the intern will be given the functions of recovering pledge invoices when pledge credits are placed, covering SME Executives in their absence in the generation of business, Management and follow-up of the release minutes, close and monitor the exceptions made in the credits, review the accounting part of the credits, among others. One of the main objectives that are intended to be achieved during the professional practice is to propose an idea where processes are optimized and integrate the knowledge acquired throughout the finance career. BAC Credomatic presents an opportunity for the student to be able to adapt and learn about the processes that the bank has, they encourage the practitioner to be a better professional person. | |
