| dc.description | El presente estudio se fundamentó en el análisis para garantizar la credibilidad del cheque, orientado a incentivar en el sector empresarial del país, la confianza que este título valor ha perdido al no tener un tipo penal especifico que castigue el libramiento de cheques sin fondo. Lo anterior considerando que el área comercial del país, esto es, aquellos que utilizan mayormente el cheque como método unitario de pago, coinciden en la no aceptación del mismo, ante la falta de seguridad jurídica que implica su utilización.
