| dc.description | En este proyecto se realizó un estudio de la viabilidad financiera de la instauración de un Centro recreativo en el Municipio del Distrito Central. Dicho centro ofrecerá actividades de entretenimiento educativas y culturales, mediante áreas temáticas. Se consultó a 115 personas mediante una encuesta, las cuáles nos expusieron los siguientes resultados: existe una necesidad de recreación en los habitantes del Municipio del Distrito Central, con un alto nivel de aceptación e interés hacia el presente proyecto. La aplicación del instrumento permitió establecer las actividades de interés para los clientes y las características que dicho centro debe poseer, así como algunos aspectos que formaron parte de los parámetros financieros establecidos. Con la información, se realizó el estudio financiero llegándose a la conclusión, que el proyecto es asequible financieramente y resulta ser rentable bajo ciertos parámetros fácilmente alcanzables. | |
| dc.description | In the following project a study of the financial viability on the establishment of a recreational center in the Municipality of the Central District was carried out. This center will offer educational and cultural entertainment activities, through thematic areas. We consulted 115 people through a survey, which showed us the following results: there is a need of recreation by the inhabitants of the Municipality of the Central District, with a high level of acceptance and interest towards the present project. The application of the instrument allowed to establish the activities of interest for the clients and the characteristics that the center must possess, as well as some aspects that formed part of the established financial parameters. With the information, the financial study was carried out, concluding that the project is financially viable and turns out to be profitable under certain easily attainable parameters | |
