| dc.description | La siguiente investigación determinó la oferta de valor para desarrollar una aplicación móvil para búsqueda de bienes inmuebles enfocada en arrendadores y arrendatarios de Tegucigalpa. Los datos fueron recolectados mediante encuestas dirigidas a nuestros dos grandes clientes, los arrendadores y arrendatarios de Tegucigalpa para entender sus gustos, preferencias y motivaciones para descargar y utilizar la aplicación móvil. La metodología utilizada es de enfoque mixto con predominación cuantitativa orientado a conocer de primera mano las características que debe contener la aplicación móvil que sea útil y funcional tanto para arrendadores como arrendatarios, por otro lado desde el punto de vista cualitativo se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad para conocer los factores que podrían limitar a los arrendadores a ofertar sus bienes inmuebles dentro de la aplicación y cómo podríamos contrarrestar estas limitantes ofreciendo un servicio que genere valor para los mismos. | |
| dc.description | The following investigation determined the offer of value to develop a mobile application for real estate search focused on lessors and tenants of Tegucigalpa. The data was collected through surveys aimed at our two large clients, the tenants and tenants of Tegucigalpa to understand their tastes, preferences and motivations to download and use the mobile application. The methodology used is a mixed approach with a quantitative predominance aimed at knowing firsthand the characteristics that the mobile application must contain that is useful and functional for both landlords and tenants, on the other hand from a qualitative point of view, in-depth interviews were carried out to know the factors that could limit the lessors to offer their real estate within the application and how we could counteract these limitations by offering a service that generates value for them. | |
