| dc.description | El presente informe lleva el título “Tecnología de Mantenimiento Predictivo” La práctica profesional se realizó en la empresa GILDAN TRADING donde se aplicaron conocimiento, habilidades y destrezas obtenidos durante el proceso de la carrera estudiantil. GILDAN TRADING se dedica a Mantenimiento basado en la condiciones (CBM) ellos tiene como objetivo extender la vida útil de las máquinas utilizando la tecnología predictiva que son equipos de análisis operativo de las máquinas como vibraciones, ultrasonidos, termografícas, análisis de corriente, entre otras tecnologías. Se realizó mantenimientos a los siguientes equipos como compresores de aire, tenter, secadoras y el sistema de air washer. Con la tecnología de ultrasonidos, vibraciones y análisis de corriente, se analizó los rodamientos. Con la tecnología de vibraciones y análisis de corriente se puede tomar un campo más amplio se pueden detectar las fallas en el estator, rotor y eje. Con la tecnología de termografía se analizó los motores y paneles eléctricos, transformadores, postes eléctrico y finalmente con la tecnología de espesores se realizó mediciones a las placas de las teñidoras de AKH Textiles identificando que área de la placa está más crítica. | |
| dc.description | This report is entitled Predictive Maintenance Technology The professional practice was carried out in the company GILDAN TRADING where knowledge, skills and abilities were applied during the process of the student career. GILDAN TRADING is dedicated to a maintenance based on the conditions (CBM) they aim to extend the useful life of the machines using the prediction technology that the equipment of operational analysis of the machines such as vibrations, ultrasounds, thermographs, current analysis, among other technologies. Maintenance was carried out on the following equipment such as air compressors, tensioners, dryers and the air washing system. With the technology of ultrasound, vibrations and current analysis, the bearings are analyzed. With the technology of vibrations and current analysis can give a wider walk can detect faults in the stator, rotor and shaft. Thermography technology analyzes motors and electrical panels, transformers, electric poles and finally the technology of the thicknesses is configured the plates of the AKH Textiles dyes that identify the area of the plate is more critical. | |
