| dc.description | En este informe se abordó como tema principal el Derecho Civil, adicionalmente se enfocó en redactar resoluciones judiciales, asimismo admitir e inadmitir demandas, oficios, exhortos a otros juzgados, sentencias, mandamientos, avisos de herencias, así como se realizó el interrogatorio de testigos según eran propuestos. Se desarrollo de la manera en que los superiores fueron indicando el trabajo, siendo que cada día se solicitaban tareas profesionales de distintas naturalezas legales, experiencias nuevas que fueron definiendo el crecimiento laboral. Para tal propósito después de haber desarrollado de manera sistemática y responsable el perfil laboral, se puso en práctica con la debida diligencia institucional lo que fue aprendido en la etapa de la práctica profesional como estudiante, se pudo mejorar la redacción al momento de resolver un escritos, autos o posibles resoluciones. Este informe se llevó a cabo bajo la metodología aplicada del derecho, la Constitución de la República de Honduras, el Código Civil, finalmente el Código Procesal Civil. | |
| dc.description | In this report, Civil Law was addressed as the main topic, additionally it focused on drafting judicial decisions, also admitting and rejecting demands, official letters, Warrants to other Courts, Sentences, Orders, Notices of Inheritances, as well as the interrogation of witnesses according to they were proposed. It developed in the way that superiors were indicating the work, being that every day professional tasks of different legal natures were requested, new experiences that were defining job growth. For this purpose, after having developed the work profile in a systematic and responsible way, what was learned in the professional practice stage as a student was put into practice with institutional due diligence, the writing could be improved when solving a writing , cars or possible resolutions.
