| dc.description | En el presente informe se da a conocer la situación actual de la empresa Empaflex, la cual está localizada en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras. Una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de bolsas de plástico de diferentes tipos tales como bolsas de café, bolsas estilo camiseta y bolsas con impresión de varios tamaños.
Se analizo e investigo las oportunidades de mejora en el área de administración y contabilidad. En las cuales la principal necesidad se concentraba en el manejo del sistema Softdial, debido a que la mayoría de los empleados lo desconocía o no sabía cómo utilizarlo de la forma correcta.
Se implementaron diversas actividades para mejorar la situación con respecto al entendimiento y eficiencia de los empleados al utilizar el sistema, se brindaron capacitaciones con temas específicos a lo largo de las 10 semanas. A la misma vez se implementaron controles rutinarios para la verificación de la información ingresada y así lograr minimizar los errores comunes.
Se realizaron diferentes propuestas para mejorar la experiencia de los empleados al utilizar el sistema Softdial. Entre las principales destacan la impresión de documentos digitales para la doble validación de la información y la creación de reuniones rutinarias para evaluar el desempeño de los empleados al utilizar el sistema, a la misma vez este tipo de reuniones beneficia al brindar un soporte directo a los empleados para que el personal continue laborando de la mejor manera.
Algunas propuestas no fueron implementadas forma directa o inmediatamente por la empresa, sin embargo, se presentaron las ideas a realizar para que las personas correspondientes evaluaran la factibilidad de las mismas y pudieran tomar la decisión final en cuanto a implementarlas o no. Los empleados se sintieron muy aliviados al contar con nuevas herramientas de apoyo para la verificación e ingres de información importante al sistema softdial. | |
| dc.description | This report discloses the current situation of the Empaflex company, which is located in the city of San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras. A company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic bags of different types such as coffee bags, T-shirt style bags and printed bags of various sizes.
Opportunities for improvement in the area of administration and accounting were analyzed and investigated. In which the main need was focused on the management of the Softdial system, because most of the employees did not know it or did not know how to use it correctly.
Various activities were implemented to improve the situation regarding the understanding and efficiency of the employees when using the system, trainings with specific topics were provided throughout the 10 weeks. At the same time, routine controls were implemented to verify the information entered and thus minimize common errors.
Different proposals were made to improve the experience of employees when using the Softdial system. Among the main ones, the printing of digital documents for the double validation of the information and the creation of routine meetings to evaluate the performance of the employees when using the system stand out. At the same time, this type of meeting benefits by providing direct support to the employees. employees so that the staff continues to work in the best way.
Some proposals were not implemented directly or immediately by the company, however, the ideas to be carried out were presented so that the corresponding people could evaluate their feasibility and could make the final decision as to whether or not to implement them.
