dc.descriptionEsta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la demanda de profesionales interesados en cursar una maestría en Derecho Tributario como parte de la carga académica de UNITEC; se identificó la demanda de interesados en cursar la maestría y la existencia de empresas en el país interesadas en contratar este tipo de profesionales. La población utilizada fueron los estudiantes que están por egresar de las carreras de Derecho y Contaduría Pública de cuatro universidades de la ciudad de Tegucigalpa. Una de las herramientas utilizadas para determinar esta demanda fue la encuesta, aplicándose 374 encuestas, de las cuales resultó un 67% de interesados en cursar la maestría y un 33% que no está interesado. Aunado a esto el nivel de conocimiento que exigen los interesados, así como la disponibilidad de horarios y formas de pago accesibles. Además se presentó un análisis de la entrevista realizada a empleadores de la Ciudad de Tegucigalpa, la que incluye opiniones acerca de la necesidad de expertos en Derecho Tributario que existe para que formen parte de sus empresas e instituciones. El diagnóstico de apertura de la maestría en UNITEC es factible, tomando en cuenta la demanda de profesionales altamente capacitados que cada día es exigido en el mercado laboral competitivo.
dc.descriptionThis research aimed to determine the demand for professionals interested in pursuing a master's degree in tax law as part of the academic load of UNITEC, demand was identified interested in studying the masters and the existence of firms in the country interested in hiring this type professionals. The surveyed population were students who are going to graduate from the careers of Law and Public Accounting from four universities of Tegucigalpa city. One of the tools used to determine this demand was the inquest; applying 374 inquests which there are a 67% interest in studying the mastery and 33% are not interested. Added to this the of payment schedules and accessible, requirement on the level of knowledge required by stakeholders as well as the availability. An analysis of the interview with employers in Tegucigalpa city, which includes opinions about the demand for experts in tax law that are part of their enterprises and institutions. The opening diagnosis mastery UNITEC is feasible, taking into account the demand for highly trained professionals who each day is required in the competitive job market.
