| dc.description | La presente investigación versó sobre la figura del Fideicomiso en Honduras y de manera más puntual sobre el Fideicomiso en Garantía, orientado a establecer los beneficios y las implicaciones jurídicas sobre el patrimonio de quienes lo constituyen. A partir del planteamiento de investigación, de la revisión de la literatura y la aplicación de instrumentos metodológicos como la entrevista, se comprobó la necesidad de crear una ley específica que rija el negocio fiduciario, no con la idea de regularlo para limitarlo, sino todo lo contario, para potenciar su uso no sólo por las personas jurídicas como es el caso actual, sino por la población en general. Se consideraron las grandes ventajas que el Fideicomiso de Garantía ofrece para asegurar el cumplimiento de una obligación contraída y dinamizar la economía de la nación. | |
| dc.description | The present research is based in the figure of the Trust in Honduras and more timely the Trust as warrant, in order to establish the benefits and legal implications on the heritage of those who constitute it. Due to the given problem, the literature research and the methodological instruments applied, it was established the need to create a specific law to govern the Trust business, not with the idea of regulating or limiting it, but quite the contrary, to promote its use, and not just for legal persons as is currently the case, but for this figure to be used by the general population, considering the great advantages that the Warrant Trust offers to ensure compliance with an obligation and boost the economy of the nation. | |
