| dc.description | La presente investigación se elaboró con el objetivo de contribuir en la estandarización de los diferentes flujos de vinculación de clientes, con la finalidad de normalizar la base de datos y de esta manera cumplir con los requerimientos para implementar una herramienta de inteligencia de negocio para facilitar el análisis y la toma de decisiones. Este trabajo de investigación se realizó con un enfoque mixto predominando el enfoque cuantitativo; se identificaron las incidencias que de una u otra manera habían debilitado la base de datos. El 100% de los funcionarios encuestados de Davivienda Honduras han identificado inconsistencias en la información de la base de datos, de igual manera consideran que es necesario realizar mejoras en el flujo de vinculación para optimizar la captura de los datos | |
| dc.description | The present investigation was elaborated with the objective of contributing to the standardization of the different flows of client linkage, with the purpose of normalizing the database and in this way complying with the requirements to implement a business intelligence tool to facilitate analysis and decision making. This research work was conducted with a mixed approach; the incidents that in one way or another had weakened the database were identified. 100% of the surveyed officials of Davivienda Honduras have identified inconsistencies in the information of the database, in the same way they consider that it is necessary to make improvements in the linking flow to optimize the capture of the data. | |
