| dc.description | This study aimed to know the number of attendances made by the Brigada Militar of the 1º Batalhão de Policiamento de Área de Fronteira (1st BAPF) the women victims of violence by Maria da Penha Law. It is an exploratory descriptive quantitative research, developed in the Brigada Militar of the 1st BAPF, located in a city of the western border of the Rio Grande do Sul state in the period from January to December 2014. The data collection was of retrospective type and carried through the records of bulletins attendances of the victims, analyzed and interpreted in percentages. Through this study we were able to know the number of attendances made by the Brigada Militar of the 1st BAPF the women victims of violence classified in the Maria da Penha Law. Which totaled 565 (18.26%) calls leading the ranking of 3.094 calls in the year 2014. It allowed to know the number of women who had protective measures during the period 2014 in the study area, showing in this way that a significative number them around 205 (36.30%) needed state protection. Also found that of the 565 services provided by the Brigada Militar of the 1st BAPF, 278 (49.20%) aggressors were referred to the Civil Police to register the occurrence. It was possible to know the regions that showed this grievance as well, the times of highest incidence of violence against women from victims registered in the Service Bulletin of the Brigada Militar of the 1st BAPF, thus enabling mapping of the violent regions in the city under study. It is believed that the data found in this research can cooperate for future work in order to know the various aspects involving violence against women in a region of the Border West of the Rio Grande do Sul State, and to strengthen the implementation of the woman care network in this region. | |
| dc.description | Este estudo teve como objetivo conhecer o número de atendimentos efetuados pela Brigada Militar do 1o Batalhão de Policiamento de Área de Fronteira (1o BPAF) as mulheres vítimas de violência enquadradas na Lei Maria da Penha. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa descritiva exploratória, desenvolvida na Brigada Militar do 1o BPAF, localizada em um Município da Região da Fronteira Oeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, no período de Janeiro a Dezembro de 2014. A coleta de dados foi do tipo retrospectiva e realizada por meio dos registros dos Boletins de Atendimentos às vítimas, analisados e interpretados em valores percentuais. Através deste estudo pôde se conhecer o número de atendimentos efetuados pela Brigada Militar do 1o BPAF as mulheres vítimas de violência enquadradas na Lei Maria da Penha. O qual totalizou 565 (18,26%) atendimentos liderando o ranking de chamadas de 3.094 atendimentos no ano de 2014. Possibilitou conhecer o número de mulheres que passaram por medidas protetivas durante o período de 2014 na região em estudo, evidenciando desta forma que boa parte delas em torno de 205 (36,30%) necessitaram da proteção do estado. Ainda identificou que dos 565 atendimentos realizados pela Brigada Militar do 1o BPAF, 278 (49,20%) agressores foram encaminhados à Polícia Civil para fazer o registro da ocorrência. Também foi possível conhecer as regiões que mais evidenciaram este agravo, bem como, os horários de maior incidência de violência contra a mulher a partir do endereço das vítimas registrado no Boletim de Atendimento da Brigada Militar do 1o BPAF possibilitando desta forma um mapeamento das regiões mais violentas no município em estudo. Acredita-se que os dados encontrados nessa pesquisa podem cooperar para a realização de futuros trabalhos, no sentido de conhecer os mais diversos aspectos que envolvem a violência contra as mulheres de uma Região da Fronteira Oeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, bem como fortalecer a implementação da rede de atenção a mulher nesta região. | |
