dc.descriptionWith the present market demand for cow meat and the brasilian export increase in the sector, is needed to get prodution bigger and better using less financial resources.. Although with the new tecnologies that appeared in the past few years in cattle raising, only some of the producers addopt those tecnologies. Sometimes is because of lack of information, or they don’t used to tabulate their rural enterprise datas, or the producers still stick in tradicionalism. With that, the present study will be a font of information to those producers that wants to have more knowledge about the subjetct, considering the economic application of the technical, creep feending, and if really bring profitability to the ownership. The work had, as the main, objective to achieve three simulations: that were stipulated the birth weight influence in the profitability on creep feeding sistem; the minimum number of heads to implant creep feeding until it achieve the maximum profitability; and the diference between diferents period access of calves on creep feeding. It was verified that, in all cases the creep feeding sistem show to be profitable.
dc.descriptionCom a atual demanda de mercado por carne bovina e o aumento da exportação brasileira no setor, necessita-se cada vez mais tornar a produtividade maior e melhor, com menos custo. Ainda que a tecnologia na pecuária teve um aumento significativo nos últimos anos, são poucos os produtores adotam essas novas tecnologias. Algumas vezes por falta de informação, por não tabular dados da sua empresa rural ou por se ater ao tradicionalismo. Com isso, o presente trabalho poderá ser uma fonte de informação àqueles produtores que tem dúvidas quanto a aplicação econômica da técnica e se de fato traz lucratividade à sua propriedade. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo a realização de três simulações: onde foram estipulados a influência do peso ao nascer dos bezerros na lucratividade do sistema creep feeding; o número mínimo de cabeças no para se implantar o creep feeding até que o atinja sua lucratividade máxima; e a diferença da lucratividade em diferentes períodos de acesso dos bezerros ao creep feeding. Observou-se que em todos os casos o creep feeding se mostra lucrativo.
