supervised internship, whose objective is the approximation between the theory, seen in the classroom and the practice of the pedagogical professional, its challenges, difficulties and realities that occurred within the scope of the Escola de Tempo Integral Olga Benário. Este trabalho apresenta as experiências obtidas por meio das atividades e práticas de estágio supervisionado, cujo objetivo é a aproximação entre a teoria, vista em sala de aula e a prática do profissional pedagogo, seus desafios, dificuldades e realidades ocorridas no âmbito da Escola de Tempo Integral Olga Benário. O contato com a escola, professores, corpo diretivo, é de fundamental importância nesta formação, especialmente se levado em conta que é também o campo de atuação futuro dos estagiários. | |
