| dc.description | In accordance with the National Constitution, the State is organ ized to protect our Human rights. For our part like civil society, we are provided with the solidarity and the right to the participation to defend them. In this sense, the National Constitution has divided the power of the State in three branches: the le gislative one, which does the laws; the executive, or national government, which must act with base in them; and the judicial one, which makes them expire. Also, it has created the "Attorney General", which is in charge of controlling the actions of the ci vil servants and of exercising the protection of the Human rights opposite to the excesses and nonperformances of the Law on the part of them. The Attorney General is shaped by the Attorney general's office of the Nation, the Defensoría of the People and Personerías Municipales. The executive, or government, before the difficult conditions of national coexistence, has created some special offices for the promotion and protection of the Human rights | |
| dc.description | De acuerdo con la Constitución Nacional, el Estado está organizado para proteger nuestros Derechos Humanos. Por nuestra parte, como sociedad civil, contamos con la solidaridad y el derecho a la participación para defenderlos. En tal sentido, la Constitución Nacional ha dividido el poder del Estado en tres ramas: la legislativa, que hace las leyes; la ejecutiva, o gobierno nacional, que debe actuar con base en ellas; y la judicial, que las hace cumplir. Además, ha creado el “Ministerio Público “, que se encarga de controlar las acciones de los funcionarios públicos y de ejercer la protección de los Derechos Humanos frente a los excesos e incumplimientos de la Ley por parte de ellos. El Ministerio Público está conformado por la Procuraduría General de la Nación, la Defensoría del Pueblo y las Personerías Municipales. El ejecutivo, o gobierno, ante las difíciles condiciones de convivencia nacional, ha creado algunas oficinas especiales para la promoción y protección de los Derechos Humanos | |
