dc.descriptionLa presente investigación, tiene por objeto realizar la validación del CBCA (Criterio Base Conten Análisis) correlacionándolo con los testimonios de niños y niñas, menores de edad abusados sexualmente, información que se encuentran recopilados en 40 expedientes consultados en la Fiscalia General de la Nación El área de la psicología en la que se enmarca la presente investigación es la psicología jurídica y se ha orientado conceptualmente teniendo como autores guías las investigaciones realizadas por la Doctora Angela Tapias, entidades como el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, la Fiscalía y con la colaboración de la psicóloga Milena Rodríguez, quienes realizan investigaciones sobre Abuso Sexual y sus implicaciones. Desde los aspectos metodológicos el paradigma es el empírico-analítico el tipo de investigación es correlacional utilizando como técnica para la recolección de datos el muestreo aleatorio. Los resultados esperados de la investigación es establecer que correlación existe entre la técnica CBCA y la información recopilada en los documentos revisados para de esta forma establecer la validez de esta en nuestro contexto.
dc.descriptionThe present investigation, it takes as an object to realize the ratification of the CBCA (Basic Criterion Contain Analysis) it correlating with the testimonies of children and girls, smart age minors sexually, information that they are compiled in 40 records consulted in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Nation. The area of the psychology in which the present investigation is framed is the juridical psychology and it has been faced conceptualmente having like authors you guide the investigations realized by Doctor Angela Tapias, entities as the Colombian Institute of Familiar Well-being, the District attorney's office and with the collaboration of the psychologist Milena Rodríguez, who realize investigations on Sexual abuse and its implications. From the methodological aspects the paradigm is the empirical - analytical one the type of investigation is correlacional using the random sampling as a skill for the information compilation. Establishing is the results expected from the investigation that interrelation exists between the skill CBCA and the information compiled in the documents checked for thus to establish the validity of this one in our context.
