dc.descriptionLa entrada y salida de mercancía del país sin el debido pago de tributos aduaneros y sin cumplimiento de la reglamentación aduanera es lo que se denomina CONTRABANDO, del cual el país tiene conciencia de que es uno de los problemas delicados que le toca afrontar, que en los últimos años ha cobrado alcances inusitados hasta penetrar a todos los sectores de la sociedad. Puede decirse sin hipérbole que no hay actividad dentro de la economía que de alguna manera no se haya visto afectado por este ilícito el cual es además fuente de comisión de muchísimos otros atentados contra el orden institucional y ha llegado a convertirse, desafortunadamente, un medio de vida de muchos miles de patriotas

It can be said without hyperbole that there is no activity inside the economy that somehow has not turned out to be affected by this one illicit which is also a commission source of muchisímos other offenses on the institutional order and there has gone so far as to turn, unfortunately, a way of life of many thousands of patriots
