dc.descriptionThis work explains the violation to fundamental rights dedicated in the National Constitution and in the Civil Code, in reason to the expedition of the decrees issued by Soledad's mayoralty, from the year 2007 up to the first semester of 2010, decrees that were sent in altars of stopping the activity of the mototaxismo but that up to the date of ending of this investigation the results had not been the awaited ones. This investigation shows as the unemployment and the abandon of the central and local government towards the least favored populations, they contribute to the strengthening of the " economy of search carefully " and to the number of informal works, of equal form it explains as the mototaxismo develops in other cities of the world as alternate mechanism to the problem of mobility. To check if it is or not violation to the right to the equality, there is applied the Tez of Equality that applies the Constitutional Court.
dc.descriptionEste trabajo explica la violación a derechos fundamentales consagrados en la Constitución Nacional y en el Código Civil, en razón de la expedición de los decretos emitidos por la alcaldía de Soledad, a partir del año 2007 hasta el primer semestre del 2010, decretos que fueron expedidos en aras de frenar la actividad del mototaxismo pero que hasta la fecha de finalización de esta investigación los resultados no habían sido los esperados. Esta investigación muestra como el desempleo y el abandono del gobierno central y local hacia las poblaciones menos favorecidas, contribuyen al fortalecimiento de la “economía del rebusque” y al número de trabajos informales, de igual forma se explica como el mototaxismo se desarrolla en otras ciudades del mundo como mecanismo alterno al problema de movilidad. Para verificar si hay o no violación al derecho a la igualdad, se aplica el Tez de Igualdad que aplica la Corte Constitucional.
