| dc.description | The main objective of this work has been the development of a financial Diagnostic Level II Hospital, Santander Pivijai Herrera, Department of Magdalena, in the years 2010 to 2012, which was included in a program of fiscal and financial Sanitation.
Due to the above, this research was deemed necessary, because it would make decisions, determine the current status and diagnose the factors causing the crisis, for details on how to find and recognize structured financially justified and valid explanations to situations from years 2010 to 2012 had a negative impact on the development of the ESE, making it increasingly inefficient and uncompetitive sector, lack of financial sustainability and low quality in the provision of services.
The results of this analysis determined that Herrera Santander Pivijai Hospital, was categorized at high risk, the variables that influenced this categorization was the budget deficit, the production of services according to their capacity, which is not exploited by hundred percent, the revenue that fail to seventy percent and expenses have increased, with respect to their income level.
It hopes to develop strategies to achieve financial sustainability and make this a more efficient and competitive entity in the sector, providing quality services and recovering its Network Node position to serve the population of the surrounding districts. | |
| dc.description | El principal objetivo de este trabajo ha sido la elaboración de un Diagnostico financiero del Hospital de II nivel, Santander Herrera de Pivijai, del Departamento del Magdalena, en los años 2010 al 2012, el cual fue incluido en un programa de Saneamiento fiscal y financiero.
Debido a lo anterior, se consideró necesaria esta investigación, porque permitiría tomar decisiones, determinar la situación actual y diagnosticar los factores causantes de la crisis, para conocer en detalle cómo se encuentra estructurada financieramente y reconocer explicaciones justificadas y válidas a las situaciones que desde los años 2010 al 2012 influyeron negativamente en el desarrollo de la E.S.E., haciéndola cada vez más ineficiente y poco competitiva en el sector, por la falta de sostenibilidad financiera y baja calidad en la prestación de los servicios. Los resultados de este diagnóstico determinaron que el Hospital Santander Herrera de Pivijai, fue categorizado en riesgo alto; las variables que incidieron en esta categorización, fue el déficit presupuestal, la producción de servicios de acuerdo a su capacidad instalada, que no es aprovechada en un ciento por ciento, los ingresos recaudados que no llegan a un setenta por ciento y los gastos que han ido incrementando, con respecto a su nivel de ingresos.
Se espera desarrollar estrategias para alcanzar una sostenibilidad financiera y hacer de esta una Entidad más eficiente y competitiva en el sector, con calidad en la prestación de sus servicios y recuperando su posición de Nodo de Red para atender la población de los corregimientos aledaños. | |
