| dc.description | Como propuesta preliminar, se pretende crear una nueva solución de cubierta con un concepto evaluado tanto en diseño-fabricación como también de impacto tecnológico y ecológico, para cubrir el déficit de estas y así atender el potencial mercado necesitado de este tipo de respuestas alternativas de cubiertas. Como producto de consumo masivo, los materiales utilizados seleccionados y la tecnología aplicada para su fabricación fueron escogidos estratégicamente para lograr el diseño de un material integral dosificado que por su composición estructural ofrezca todas las garantías de calidad y perdurabilidad como material de cubierta. La materia prima utilizada para este fin como material reciclable, su bajo costo y la tecnología aplicada para su uso, lo convierten en un factor determinante para su éxito competitivo, dados los privilegios que ofrece. El estudio de cada material o elemento que interviene en esta mezcla integral, lo mismo que la compatibilidad entre estos garantiza el producto final, el cual será el resultado de los diferentes laboratorios, lo que permite certificar dicho producto como factor determinante que garantice el trabajo de cada producto obtenido.La mezcla dosificada de los materiales que intervienen en el diseño de este producto, será sometida a esfuerzos de compresión mediante equipos hidráulicos, hasta lograr la dureza requerida ideal para cada uso y dicho esfuerzo será calculado, determinado y certificado por los respectivos laboratorios. La razón primordial para la financiación de este proyecto se fundamenta básicamente en el impacto que este nuevo material en la fabricación de tejas de producción masiva, pueda tener en la industria de la construcción a escala nacional e internacional, ya que no existe en el mercado actual, un material que ofrezca las condiciones: estructurales, termo-acústicas, ambientales, técnicas. Es importante mencionar que esta teja está compuesta de materiales que no son nocivos para la salud. | |
