| dc.description | This investigation is developed in twelve I come to terms, distributed of the
following form: brief study of the society in general sense, analysis of the
corporation, constitution of the same one, the actions in the above mentioned
society, the shareholders, direction and administration of the corporation, its
inspection, examination, control and alertness, the balances and dividends,
utilities and reservations, the dissolution and liquidation of the Corporation.
The study of the Corporation, its evolution, development, strengthening, decline
and weakening, it has permanent actuality, due to the predominant role this one
forms of managerial organization occupies in the economic aspect of the
country.
In the course of last two decades, many have been the debates that have been
caused concerning the determinant factors of the establishments of the
corporation. In the above mentioned debates, the following ones have been
indicated like elements propiciantes of this situation: the politics fiscalistas of
pos governments creating new taxes, which overwhelm so much the
corporations, as to the shareholders of those. | |
| dc.description | Esta investigación está desarrollada en doce capitulo, distribuidos de la
siguiente forma: breve estudio de la sociedad en sentido general, análisis de la
sociedad anónima, constitución de la misma, las acciones en dicha sociedad,
los accionistas, dirección y administración de la sociedad anónima, su
fiscalización, inspección, control y vigilancia, los balances y dividendos,
utilidades y reservas, la disolución y liquidación de la Sociedad Anónima.
El estudio de la Sociedad Anónima, su evolución, desarrollo, fortalecimiento,
decadencia y debilitamiento, tiene permanente actualidad, debido al papel
predominante ésta forma de organización empresarial ocupa en el aspecto
económico del país.
En el transcurso de los dos últimos decenios, muchos han sido los debates que
se han suscitado en torno a los factores determinantes de los establecimientos
de la sociedad anónima. En dichos debates, se han señalado como elementos
propiciantes de esta situación los siguientes: las políticas fiscalistas de pos
gobiernos creando nuevos impuestos, que agobian tanto a las sociedades
anónimas, como a los accionistas de aquéllas. | |
