dc.descriptionEvaluar el nivel de estrés laboral y síndrome de agotamiento (burnout) en el personal docente del Hogar Infantil Pequeñines Popayán, 2017. Metodología. Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal; se encuestaron 14 personas que conforman el personal docente del Hogar Infantil. Resultados. Los resultados evidenciaron que las docentes con una antigüedad en su cargo entre los 5 a 10 años muestra niveles altos y severos de estrés. De manera similar, se evidencia que las docentes con más edad (mayores de 52 años) son quienes muestran niveles más altos de agotamiento. Conclusiones. Los niveles de estrés entre la población docentes son moderados y altos producto de diferentes factores implícitos en la labor docente que lo afectan como individuo y profesional, como un exceso de sobrecarga laboral, multiplicidad de roles, entre otros. De la misma forma, el estudio encontró la presencia de síndrome de agotamiento entre las docentes de moderado a alto, donde se evidencia un alto nivel de agotamiento emocional y baja realización personal.
dc.descriptionObjective To evaluate the level of work stress and burnout syndrome in the teaching staff of the Pequeñines Popayán Children's Home, 2017. Methodology. Quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study; 14 people who make up the teaching staff of the Children's Home were surveyed. Results The results showed that teachers with a seniority in their position between 5 to 10 years show high and severe levels of stress. Similarly, it is evident that older teachers (over 52 years old) show the highest levels of exhaustion. Conclusions The levels of stress among the teaching population are moderate and high product of different factors implicit in the teaching work that affect him as an individual and professional, as an excess of work overload, multiplicity of roles, among others. In the same way, the study found the presence of burnout syndrome among moderate to high teachers, where a high level of emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement is evident.
