| dc.description | El recurso humano ha sido utilizado en Panamá como método para llamar la atención de los usuarios que acuden a los servicios de fisioterapia. Frente a esto necesario mencionar el cómo se llevan a cabo las intervenciones en Colombia y que impacto tienen en la sociedad. Se busca poner a indagar a los lectores sobre su aporte al ámbito de la fisioterapia en las áreas educativa, investigativa, administrativa y laboral. La pasantía como experiencia observacional y la revisión sistémica de los diferentes artículos, permitieron hallar acciones profesionales que han puesto en duda la importancia de los fisioterapeutas en la sociedad; lo cual desencadenó un paralelo crítico-reflexivo que ayudó a direccionar temas que han impedido que las intervenciones sea integras en calidad humana y conocimiento técnico. La educación universitaria en Colombia tiene como base egresar profesionales pro activos que accionen con responsabilidad, compromiso y pertenencia en situaciones que ameritan su intervención, como así se plasma en el perfil profesional, pero se cuestiona la falta de principios morales, que han impedido que se dé lugar a actos de corrupción en la práctica de la profesión ante entes como COLFI Y ASCOFI. | |
| dc.description | Human resource has been used in Panama as a method for calling the attention of the users who come to the physiotherapy services. In front of this is necessary to mention how interventions have been in Colombia and what impact they have on society. It seeks to investigate to the readers on their contribution to the field of physiotherapy in the areas of educational, research, administrative and labor. The internship how experience, observational and the systemic revision of the different articles, made it possible to find professional actions that have doubt on the importance of the physiotherapists in society; which triggered a parallel critical-reflexive that helped to guide issues that have prevented that interventions be undamaged in human quality and technical knowledge. University education in Colombia is based on leaving to professionals pro-active that operate with ownership, responsibility and commitment in situations that warrant their intervention, as is reflected in the professional profile. But, also questioned the deficit of moral principles, which have prevented snitch acts of corruption in the practice of the profession to entities as COLFI AND ASCOFI. | |
