| dc.description | Este estudio se compone de fases: en el primero, se encuentra el título de la investigación, caracterización y antecedentes en relación con la empresa, en la segunda fase se da, el diagnóstico contextual y así mismo los objetivos generales y específicos. En la tercera fase se desarrolló la justificación y se describió la metodología de la investigación. En la cuarta fase se menciona el marco legal, marco teórico y marco conceptual. En la quinta fase se describieron los resultados obtenidos durante la investigación; y, por último, la sexta fase se habla sobre las conclusiones, recomendaciones y se describen las referencias bibliográficas y los anexos. | |
