| dc.description | Este artigo tem como objetivo contextualizar sobre a metodologia building information modeling (BIM). Apresentando a sua origem, definições, níveis de aplicação e dificuldades para a implantação. Na sequência demonstrar os resultados de uma modelagem de projetos utilizados para execução de uma obra em 3D, utilizando o software AUTODESK REVIT 2020, então realizar um estudo de caso sobre o empreendimento já entregue verificando os pontos levantados com o processo de compatibilização realizado, comparando com os itens que foram encontrados com as ocorrências de obra. A análise e feita tanto por verificações visuais dos projetos quanto com o uso do clashes detective utilizando o software AUTODESK NAVISWORKS 2020, chegando a um número de aproximadamente 18000 conflitos. | |
| dc.description | This article aims to contextualize the building information modeling (BIM) methodology. Presenting its origin, definitions, application levels and difficulties for implementation. Next, demonstrate the results of a project modeling used for the execution of a 3D work, using the AUTODESK REVIT 2020 software, then carry out a case study on the project already delivered, verifying the points raised with the compatibility process carried out, comparing with the items that were found with the work occurrences. The analysis is done both by visual verifications of the projects and with the use of clashes detective using the AUTODESK NAVISWORKS 2020 software, reaching a number of approximately 18000 conflicts. | |
