| dc.description | This study is based on two central axes: a theoretical and a practical one. In the theoretical axis, it is tried to present the current situation of the municipalization of transit in Brazil and of the city of Taubaté/SP, in order to understand how such municipalization occurred. The main authors are Gildo Andrade Filho, Gisele Hendges, Wilson Santos and Sildomar Souza who theoretically guide this research. It also aims to conceptualize the difficulties in interaction and communication between the population and the municipal transit executive body. The second axis turns to the exploratory research, of a deductive nature, because through a general situation a specific situation was analyzed having as object of research the specialized courses for drivers and course for instructors of transit. Through quantitative research, it is sought to verify how much the students of these courses know about the municipalization of transit and what its relation of satisfaction and improvements to the traffic management. From this research, through the analysis and interpretation of the data, it can be concluded that the students of the specialized courses for drivers and of the course of transit instructor, mostly, know the existence of the transit body. However, they do not know the process that municipalized of transit in Taubaté and still only, a small portion had contact with the transit agency, without taking into account the fines processes. In addition to demonstrating dissatisfaction about the process of interaction and communication between the transit body and the population, thus proposing some solutions and tools for such a situation. | |
| dc.description | Este estudo baseia-se em dois eixos centrais: um teórico e outro prático. No eixo teórico, busca-se apresentar a situação atual da municipalização trânsito no Brasil e também da cidade de Taubaté/SP, num intuito de entender como se deu tal municipalização. Os principais autores são, Gildo Andrade Filho, Gisele Hendges, Wilson Santos e Sildomar Souza que norteiam teoricamente esta pesquisa. Ainda se objetiva conceituar as dificuldades na interação e comunicação entre a população e o órgão executivo de trânsito municipal. O segundo eixo volta-se à pesquisa exploratória, de cunho dedutivo, pois através de uma situação geral se analisou uma situação específica tendo como objeto de pesquisa os cursos especializados para condutores e curso para instrutores de trânsito. Através de pesquisa quantitativa, busca-se verificar o quanto os alunos desses cursos conhecem sobre a municipalização do trânsito e qual sua relação de satisfação e melhorias para com a gestão de trânsito. A partir desta pesquisa, através da análise e interpretação dos dados, pode-se concluir que os alunos dos cursos especializados para condutores e do curso de instrutor de trânsito, majoritariamente, sabem da existência do órgão de trânsito. Porém não conhecem o processo que municipalizou o trânsito em Taubaté e ainda somente uma pequena parcela teve contato com o órgão de trânsito, sem levar em consideração os processos de multas. Além de demonstrar insatisfação quanto ao processo de interação e comunicação entre o órgão de trânsito e a população propondo assim algumas soluções e ferramentas para tal situação. | |
