| dc.description | The new coronavirus, which causes the disease COVID-19, has its own characteristics such as social isolation affecting all contexts of society like work. From this perspective, this work aims to identify which are the strategies that Organizational Psychologists can execute in the work conte xt in face of the coronavirus pandemic in the perspective of the Federal Council of Psychology. For this, a qualitative research of exploratory nature is carried out. For data analysis, a listening script is applied to the 07 podcasts posted on the Federal Council of Psychology website, published between 03/23/2020 to 05/11/2020, through the Spotify tool. The analysis reveals the lack of content on Organizational Psychology in the podcats of the Federal Council of Psychology. From the theoretical framework it was possible to understand the attributions of Organizational Psychologists today and from the analysis the changes that occurred in the attributions of Organizational Psychologists in the workplace in the face of the coronavirus pandemic. | |
| dc.description | O novo coronavírus, causador da doença COVID-19, possui características próprias como o isolamento social afetando todos os contextos da sociedade como o do trabalho. Sob essa perspectiva, este trabalho visa identificar quais são as estratégias que os Psicólogos Organizacionais podem executar no contexto laboral frente à pandemia do coronavírus na perspectiva do Conselho Federal de Psicologia. Para isso, é realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória. Para análise dos dados é aplicado um roteiro de escuta aos 07 podcasts postados no site do Conselho Federal de Psicologia, publicados entre 23/03/2020 á 11/05/2020, por meio da ferramenta Spotify. A análise revela a insuficiência de conteúdos sobre a Psicologia Organizacional nos podcats do Conselho Federal de Psicologia. A partir do marco teórico e das análises foi possível compreender as atribuições dos Psicólogos Organizacionais na atualidade e as mudanças ocorridas nas atribuições dos Psicólogos Organizacionais em contexto laboral frente à pandemia do coronavírus. | |
