| dc.description | The development of Brazilian civil construction has been driven by an increasingly demanding market, which now demands from professionals working in the area, a technical and scientific knowledge of excellence. In this sense, strategic planning involving the choice of methods and the structures to be used becomes essential to the efficiency, safety and economy of this option. The present paper aims to analyze the different kinds of slabs, from the structural perspective, comparing the lattice precast, the ribbed and, finally, the massive ones. Thus, from a technical- financial perspective of the different models and the adequacy of the project to the needs presented, it is intended to seek the ideal structural choice, identifying its characteristics and the determining factors that justify its use. | |
| dc.description | O desenvolvimento da construção civil brasileira vem sendo impulsionado por um mercado cada vez mais exigente, que passa a exigir dos profissionais que atuam na área, um conhecimento técnico e científico de excelência. Nesse sentido, o planejamento estratégico envolvendo as escolhas dos métodos e as estruturas a serem utilizadas, torna-se essencial com vistas à eficiência, segurança e economicidade da referida opção. O presente estudo visa analisar os diferentes tipos de lajes, a partir da perspectiva estrutural, comparando as pré- moldadas treliçadas, as nervuradas e, por fim, as maciças. Assim, a partir de uma perspectiva técnico-financeira dos diferentes modelos e da adequação do projeto às necessidades apresentadas, pretende-se perquirir a escolha ideal estrutural, identificando as suas características e os fatores determinantes que justificam a sua utilização. | |
