dc.descriptionO presente artigo versa sobre a pandemia mundial do novo coronavírus (COVID 19), e suas repercussões no âmbito trabalhista. Analisando-se os critérios já estabelecidos em nosso ordenamento jurídico no que tange a caracterização de responsabilidade pelo empregador, e compreendendo os critérios e reflexos da decisão do STF neste meio, resta evidente que caberá ao Juiz do Trabalho, através de concreta analise determinar se naquele específico caso litigioso deu-se ou não a hipótese de configuração de nexo de causalidade.
