| dc.description | The present work demonstrates the potentialities within the Goethe Grape Valleys, through the elaboration of a preliminary project of a wine tourism complex, which explores the different nuances of grapes and wine and the possibilities of experiences that occur in its surroundings. The theoretical framework for grape cultivation and wine production, its historical path and current stage are reviewed. It was raised as design references, which helped in the development of the party, the winery “Adega Herdade do Freixo” and the hotel enterprise “Falsano las Piedras”. The case study, which will directly contribute to the production of the preliminary project, was carried out at the winery “Cantina Villa Francioni”. A broad study of the area on which the preliminary project will be developed is presented, demonstrating the best use of the land conditions. Finally, the party that will support the preliminary project was developed, where the place and its culture were valued, the integration of the projected spaces was adopted and the stimulus to the social interaction of the users. Thus, at the end of this work, we present a wine tourism complex that promotes diverse experiences for all kinds of people in the vicinity of grapes and wine. | |
| dc.description | O presente trabalho demonstra as potencialidades dentro dos Vales da Uva Goethe, através da elaboração de um anteprojeto de um complexo enoturístico, que explore as diversas nuances da uva e do vinho e as possibilidades de experiências que se dão em seu entorno. Revisa-se o marco teórico referente ao cultivo da uva e a produção vinho, seu percurso histórico e estágio atual. Levantou-se como referencias projetuais, que auxiliaram no desenvolvimento do partido, a vinícola “Adega Herdade do Freixo” e o empreendimento hoteleiro “Falsano las Piedras”. O estudo de caso, que contribuirá diretamente na produção do anteprojeto, foi realizado na vinícola “Cantina Villa Francioni”. Apresenta-se amplo estudo da área sobre a qual será desenvolvido o anteprojeto, demonstrando o melhor uso dos condicionantes do terreno. Por m desenvolveu-se o partido que embasará o anteprojeto, onde se valorizou o local e sua cultura, se adotou a integração dos espaços projetados e o estimulo ao convívio social dos usuários. Assim ao final deste trabalho apresenta-se um complexo enoturístico que promove experiências diversas a todos os tipos de pessoas no entorno da uva e do vinho. | |
