Diante disso, traz uma reflexão sobre a multiparentalidade no direito sucessório, tema que vem paulatinamente sendo debatido pelos doutrinadores e Tribunais. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de análise doutrinária, jurisprudencial e comparação desta com as leis em vigor e projetos em tramitação. | |
| dc.description | Without the objective of limiting the subject, the present provides an overview of the evolution of the work of the concepts of Family Law over time, given the recent understanding of the Supreme Court of Justice inserting a multiparentality in the national legal system. In view of this, it brings a reflection on multiparentality in inheritance law, a topic that has gradually been debated by scholars and Courts. The research was developed through doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis and comparison of this with the laws in force and projects in progress. | |
