| dc.description | This article is based on research and reflections about reverse logistics in e-commerce. It is an issue that has not been discussed widely, but it is extremely important for a virtual store. At first, the article presents an explanation about e-commerce, logistics and reverse logistics in e-commerce. Then it shows the results of a questionnaire survey that was sent to several companies of the most diverse sizes and line of business in Brazil. The questionnaire contained questions about the importance of reverse logistics in e-commerce and tried to understand how it is used in most companies and whether it can bring positive results to an e-commerce. | |
| dc.description | O presente artigo constitui-se de pesquisas e reflexões sobre o tema logística reversa no e-commerce. Trata-se de um tema pouco abordado, mas de extrema importância para uma loja virtual. Primeiramente o artigo apresenta um aprofundamento sobre os temas e-commerce, logística e logística reversa no e-commerce. Em seguida mostra os resultados de uma pesquisa feita via questionário que foi enviado para diversas empresas dos mais diversos portes e ramos de atuação do Brasil. O questionário continha perguntas sobre a importância da logística reversa no e-commerce, buscava entender como ela é empregada na maioria das empresas e se realmente poderia trazer resultados positivos a um e-commerce. | |
